It is an exciting time for Landcare with the hiring of 66 new Local Landcare Coordinators, but it doesn’t stop here.

By June 30, 2019 the $15 million over 4 years from the State Government that funds the coordinators will cease. Whilst Landcare values our continuing partnership with all levels of government, the next three years present a window of opportunity to develop a sustainable funding source for Landcare support.

Landcare NSW is calling on Landcarers to contribute to discussions on how we can continue to build a sustainable Landcare for generations to come.
