2010 NSW Conservation Agriculture Field Day

18 Feb 2010 - 7:30pm The 2010 NSW Conservation Agriculture Field Day will be held at the Trangie Agricultural Research Centre (8 km west of Trangie on Mitchell Highway) on 18 February 2010. Gates open 8.30 am and activities commence 9.30 am.
There will be demonstrations and static displays in :
- new disc and tyne machinery
- farmer converted machinery
- controlled traffic and precision agriculture equipment
- stubble management equipment
- non-inversion tillage equipment
- spray technologies
- soil pits and rainfall simulator
- training and information from the CMAs, NSW Department of Industry and Investment and agribusiness
The event is organised in partnership by the Conservation Agriculture and No-till Farming Association (CANFA), Central West Farming Systems (CWFS), Farmlink Research and Industry & Investment NSW.
The cost is: CANFA, CWFS, FarmLink members - $5; Non members - $15; Students free.
